Yes. Please choose collection at checkout.
Once your order is ready, we will notify you and supply you with our exact address for collection.
Collections are usually on a Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Yes, if you created an account when you placed your order you will be able to see your order history in your account page.
Courier delivery to main areas takes from 1 to 3 working days. Delivery to outlying areas can take up to 5 working days.
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number once its been booked with the courier
If we have all the products you ordered in stock, we usually send out your order the next business day after your payment reflects in our account.
If we are very busy, it might take up to 3 days for us to dispatch your order.
