How do I know if I am in a Fastway BLUE Zone?2020-07-13T09:38:58+02:00

We send from Johannesburg using either an A4 or A2 Blue (National) Fastway bag.

Usually the following areas falls into the Blue Zone:

  • Cape Town Main Areas
  • Durban Main Areas
  • Bloemfontein
  • East London
  • Port Elizabeth
  • Nelspruit

You first need to register for an account on the website, after you have registered you will earn points for various actions including:

  • registering for an account
  • writing a review for items you’ve bought
  • for every order that is completed & paid

You can redeem accumulated points at checkout before you pay for your order.

We use PayFast to securely process card transactions. We do not have access to your card details

We accept the following methods of payment:

Scan to Pay – you can find the QR code at the bottom of our website

Payfast – we use the PayFast gateway to process payments by debit/credit card

EFT – you will find our banking details on your invoice, please use your order number as reference number

PLEASE DO NOT deposit cash into our account.

Yes.  When you choose collection at checkout, we will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Yes, if you created an account when you placed your order you will be able to see your order history in your account page.

How long will my parcel take to reach me?2020-06-15T21:54:07+02:00

Courier delivery to main areas takes from 1 to 3 working days.  Delivery to outlying areas can take up to 5 working days.

Will you notify me when my order has been sent?2020-06-15T21:50:21+02:00

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number once its been booked with the courier

How long after I have ordered will my order be sent?2020-06-16T16:46:34+02:00

If we have all the products you ordered in stock, we usually send out your order the next business day after your payment reflects in our account. 

If we are very busy, it might take up to 3 days for us to dispatch your order.
